My name is Anna and I work at Stantec in Belgium, an international company
specialized in the implementation of projects in the fields of sustainable
energy, climate change, and EU regional cooperation.

I am contacting you today regarding an opportunity from the European Union
we are pursuing. The project “*EU-Viet Nam Sustainable Energy Transition
Programme*” aims at contributing to a sustainable energy transition in Viet
Nam by improving the country’s energy efficiency, developing a larger share
of renewable energy in its energy mix, and improving the performance of the
Viet Nam Energy Information System. Attached to this email is the Terms of
reference (ToR) which provides more information on the project.

We are looking for local or regional Non-Key Experts specialised in *energy
budgeting and planning, communication and visibility* and
*translation, *ideally
living in Hanoi and experience with the EU. We believe you have a very
interesting profile for this opportunity, and we would like to present you
as part of our pool of Non-Key Experts for this project.

Would you be interested by a NKE position on this project?

If this is of interest to you, could you please send us back the two
documents attached before *Monday 23 August COB*. And do not hesitate to
