Dự án Hỗ trợ Kỹ thuật Chuyển dịch Năng lượng Bền vững Việt Nam - EU (Dự án
EVSET) trân trọng kính mời các Đơn vị, Tổ chức tham gia* nộp Đề xuất Hỗ trợ
Kỹ thuật lần thứ 1 (CfTA1) hướng tới chuyển dịch năng lượng bền vững tại
Việt Nam*. Dự án EVSET là một trong các dự án hỗ trợ bổ sung thuộc khuôn
khổ Chương trình Chuyển dịch Năng lượng Bền vững Việt Nam - EU (SETP) do* Liên
minh châu Âu (EU) tài trợ* và *Bộ Công Thương đại diện cho Chính phủ Việt
Nam là đối tác chịu trách nhiệm chung về triển khai Chương trình SETP. *



Các đề xuất hỗ trợ kỹ thuật sẽ đóng góp vào mục tiêu chung của Chương trình
SETP về *(i) nâng cao hiệu quả năng lượng, (ii) tăng cường năng lượng tái
tạo trong cơ cấu năng lượng,* và* (iii) cải thiện hiệu quả của Hệ thống
Thông tin Năng lượng Việt Nam (VEIS – Viet Nam Energy Information System)*.



*Thông tin chung** về CfTA1**:*

●       *Đơn vị, tổ chức hợp lệ: *các Bộ và tổ chức công không thuộc Bộ
Công Thương cả cấp quốc gia và cấp tỉnh, các tổ chức học thuật & nghiên cứu
và tổ chức xã hội trong lĩnh vực năng lượng (EVN, PVN, TKV, Viện Năng lượng
có thể là đơn vị hợp lệ nếu đề xuất của các đơn vị này không thuộc sự điều
phối của Bộ Công Thương).

●       *Các ngành** hợp lệ*: Hiệu quả Năng lượng, Năng lượng Tái tạo và Hệ
thống thông tin Năng lượng Việt Nam (VEIS).

●       *Ngân sách* của mỗi hỗ trợ kỹ thuật (TA) là từ *50.000 *đến*
100.000 EUR*.

●       *Hạn nộp đề xuất:* *23:59 ngày **28/07/2023* (giờ Việt Nam).

*Dear* *Partners,*



The EU - Viet Nam Sustainable Energy Transition Facility (EVSET Facility)
invites eligible *Non-MOIT **Entities *to apply for the *1st Call for
Technical Assistance (CfTA1)** toward sustainable energy transition in Viet
Nam**. *The EVSET Facility is one of the complementary measures within the
framework of The EU - Viet Nam Sustainable Energy Transition Programme
(SETP) funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented in close
cooperation with MOIT, on behalf of the Government of Viet Nam, holding the
overall responsibility for the implementation of the SETP.



The Technical Assistance will contribute to the SETP objectives of *(i)
improving energy efficiency, (ii) increasing the share of renewable energy
in the energy mix; *and* (iii) enhancing the performance of Viet Nam Energy
Information System (VEIS). *



General information about the CfTA1 is as follows:

●       *Eligible entities*: Non-MOIT Ministries and public institutions at
both national and provincial levels, other key energy actors from academic
& research institutions and social organisations.

●       *Eligible fields*: Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Vietnam
Energy Information System (VEIS).

●       *Budget for each TA*: EUR 50,000 - 100,000

●       *Deadline** for TA submission*: *11:59 PM, **28 July** 2023* (Hanoi
time)
