</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=VI link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Dear friends,<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>On 3<sup>rd</sup> April 2013 the Inception Workshop for the <span lang=EN-US>R</span>egional <span lang=EN-US>P</span>roject titled “Harnessing Climate Change Mitigation to Benefit Women” was held <span lang=EN-US>in </span>Dong Hoi<span lang=EN-US>, Quang Binh</span> as the first formal event of the three-year project being implemented in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Viet Nam . <span lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>Participants in the workshop were representatives from the Quang Binh People’s Committee, the <span lang=EN-US>P</span>rovincial Department of Natural Resource & Environment<span lang=EN-US> (DoNRE)</span>, Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs<span lang=EN-US> (DOLISA)</span>, the Quang Binh Women’s Union, Dong Hoi Women Union, Dong Hoi Red Cross, various Dong Hoi government offices, and the Quang Binh Urban Environment Co. Ltd. (URENCO).
