over the world</b>)for FY2015, to support small projects that advance OES priorities. The purpose of these funds is to advance U.S. ESTH priorities at a regional scale through support for initiatives in such areas as -- but not limited to -- climate change,

to achieving priority objectives. At the same time, we recognize that there may be circumstances when a single country project has the potential to satisfy or advance regional objectives, and will serve as a model for regional actions. In those cases, although
priority will be given to project proposals that are regional or multi-national in scope, proposals that address a single-country will be considered. Applicants should describe in detail how the proposed project could be replicated in other countries.

</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">Support to the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe for the development of Local Environmental and Energy-Related Action Plans (LEAPs) in several municipalities in Ukraine.
The LEAPS will promote the inclusion of environmental and energy issues into planning processes, improve the management of natural resources, and foster government transparency and civic participation. OES’s $60,277 grant was leveraged to induce nearly $3
million in additional funding from other bureaus and governments.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

enforcement network. The group has pledged to meet again and created an action plan for future work.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

and members of the Ministry of Water to work with regional counterparts, including Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, on trans-boundary water cooperation.
