<p class=MsoNormal>As you may know, Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC)
is implementing a regional TA, funded by ADB and GIZ, on disaster resilience for
SMEs in 4 countries, include Viet Nam. The TA called “<i>Strengthening
Disaster Resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises in Asia</i>”. The
objective of the TA is to enhance capacities of SMEs for disaster resilience and
also to support for strengthened enabling environment. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>We are currently carrying out a survey to obtain inputs from
SME-serving stakeholders. This play an important role in helping the team to understand
the SME disaster resilience situation and to formulate a roadmap for
strengthening SME disaster resilience for each TA country. Therefore, I am
