It can happen at the beginning, the end, both or either. Chairperson's discretion.</div><div><br></div><div>The purpose of intervention(s) is for CSO to have a voice to express their views / opinions in each track to the government in their negotiations. Effectiveness is debatable but it is still a platform that is appreciated by CSOs.<br></div><div><br></div><div><div>For YOUNGO, they would usually have a drafting team which is <u>open for anyone</u> to be involved. You should already be in the google group (scroll below for link) to keep track of the various discussion within the youth constituency. For this two weeks, good to get immediate notice but be prepared to be flooded (and you can change after COP).</div></div><div><br></div><div>This also means those back in your own country or outside of the COP grounds can continue to get involved and provide inputs.
