[opportunities] ADB seeks NGO partner to implement climate change and gender project

Asian Development Bank is looking for an NGO to implement climate change 
and gender project. The successful agency/consortium will have a sound 
understanding and demonstrated experience of gender and climate 
linkages. It will be considered an advantage to have an experience in 
community-based carbon project development. NGOs or consortiums that 
include specialized NGOs may be more suitable to undertake this work.
