Chào các anh chị nhân viên tổ chức phi lợi nhuận,

Trung tâm Hỗ trợ Phát triển Cộng đồng LIN đang kêu gọi nộp đề xuất dự án
cho vòng tài trợ đặc biệt sắp tới của Quỹ tài trợ Nâng cao Năng lực Tài
chính cho Phụ nữ. Các tổ chức có thể nộp đề xuất dự án với quy mô và phạm
vi đa dạng, đáp ứng vấn đề tiếp cận hỗ trợ về tài chính cho phụ nữ có thu
nhập thấp và những phụ nữ thiệt thòi về kinh tế sống *tại thành phố Hồ Chí
Minh hoặc khu vực lân cận*, đồng thời thúc đẩy sự phát triển của lĩnh vực
giáo dục về tài chính. Điều này bao gồm việc đáp ứng được nhu cầu của những
người không tiếp cận được với các tổ chức tài chính, cho phép họ phát triển
kỹ năng, hiểu biết và sự tự tin trong những vấn đề liên quan đến tài chính.

Một nhà tài trợ ẩn danh đã đồng ý tài trợ 280 triệu đồng. Cách thức phân bổ
quỹ sẽ dựa trên những bản đề xuất mà các tổ chức nộp về. Ngân sách đề xuất
ít nhất là 20 triệu đồng và nhiều nhất là 250 triệu đồng. Dựa trên những đề
xuất được thông qua, nhà tài trợ có thể quyết định đưa ra một số khoản tài
trợ nhỏ, khoản tài trợ trung bình và một khoản tài trợ lớn hoặc một vài lựa
chọn khác. Các tổ chức quan tâm có thể tham khảo bản Kêu gọi Đề xuất trên
trang web của LIN<http://www.linvn.org/?mod=content&act=view&cid=9&section=npo&lang=vn>để
biết thêm thông tin chi tiết.

Vào *8h30 sáng thứ Năm, ngày 31/10/2013*, LIN sẽ cùng Quỹ Dariu đồng tổ
chức một buổi hội thảo về vòng tài trợ này. LIN sẽ công bố những chi tiết
của vòng tài trợ và ông Nguyễn Văn Hạnh, Giám đốc Quốc gia của Quỹ Dariu sẽ
chia sẻ những kinh nghiệm trong việc cung cấp tài chính và tài chính vi mô
cho những người thu nhập thấp ở khu vực phía Nam. Hội thảo sẽ được tổ chức
tại Trung tâm Cộng đồng LIN 180/47, phường 22, quận Bình Thạnh. *Tổ chức
quan tâm và muốn tham dự hội thảo vui lòng đăng ký với LIN qua email
NPO at linvn.org.*

Các tổ chức muốn nộp đề xuất dự án có thể gửi Bản Đăng ký hoàn chỉnh (với
những tài liệu hỗ trợ) đến emailNPO at linvn.org trước *5 giờ chiều thứ Năm,
ngày 21/10/2013*.

Dear Colleagues,

LIN Center for Community Development is calling for proposals for the
upcoming special grant round for the Women’s Empowerment Through Financial
Literacy Fund. Applications are now open for proposals of variable scale
and scope which addresses  access to financial literacy support for low
income and otherwise economically disadvantaged women living *in or near
HCMC* while fostering the development of the financial literacy field. This
includes addressing the needs of people who may normally be excluded from
mainstream financial institutions, enabling them to develop skills,
knowledge and confidence in financial issues.

An anonymous donor is offering a total of VND 280 million. How those funds
will be disbursed will depend on the proposal submissions. Proposed project
budgets must be at least VND 20 million and no greater than 250 million.
Depending on the submissions, the donor may decide to offer several small
grants, a few medium sized grants, one large grant or another variation.
Interested organizations may refer to the Call for Proposals and
Application Form on LIN’s
website<http://www.linvn.org/?mod=content&act=view&cid=9&section=npo&lang=vn&lang=en>for
details.

On *Thursday 31 October 2013 8:30AM*, LIN will partner with Dariu
Foundation to hold a workshop on this grant round. LIN will announce grant
details and Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, Country Director of Dariu Foundation will
share his experience providing financial literacy and microfinance to
low-income people in the South of Vietnam. The workshop will be held at the
LIN Community Center 180/47 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh
District. *Organizations
interested in attending the workshop should register wtih LIN at
NPO at linvn.org*.

Those organizations wishing to apply for the grant can send completed
Application Form (with supporting documents) to NPO at LINvn.org by *5P.M. on
Thursday, 21 November 2013.*
