Dear all,

CRS is looking for an Education Project Officer for Project: "Inclusion of Vietnamese with Disabilities" with details as follows:

Requirements:
1.     University degree in Education or related field
2.     At least three years professional experience in education and/or community development, preferably with Vietnamese or international NGOs
3.     Practical knowledge of disability related laws and policies in Vietnam
4.     Experience in working with implementing partners.
5.     Experience in working to support inclusive education of CWDs is preferred
6.     Experience working with central level partners such as MOET, MOLISA, universities is preferred
7.     High organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail and Internet required)
8.     Excellent spoken and written English skills
9.     Good communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills including emotional control and skill to cope with pressure or stress;
10.  Confident, proactive and flexible in work duties
11.  Ability to work independently as well as in a team
12.  Ability to deal respectfully to all levels of colleagues, partners and society.
