Dear all,

CRS is looking for an Information Technology Training Program (ITTP) Project Officer for Project: "Inclusion of Vietnamese with Disabilities" with details as follows:

Requirements:
-       Bachelor degree in fields relating to Social Sciences and/or Education
-       At least five years professional experience, preferably with Vietnamese or international NGOs in the areas of disability issues, education and/or vocational training.
-       Experience in fundraising and business outreach preferred.
-       Practical knowledge of disability related laws and policies in Vietnam and experience working with government and private schools/universities/vocational training centers, MOET and MOLISA is preferred.
-       Good organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail and Internet - required)
-       Good problem solving skills
-       Excellent spoken and written English
-       Good communication and interpersonal skills
-       Confident, proactive and flexible in work duties
-       Ability to work independently as well as in a team
-       Availability to travel to project sites.
