Dear Sir/Madam,

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified Senior International Expert for Comparative Study on “Criminal Sanctions and Other Legal Instruments to Enforce Enviromental Law”.

The aim of this project is to address differences and similarities in the practice with respect to environmental criminal law in the various countries. Further an evaluation will be made using comparative law and addressing international tendencies.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
