Dear all,

MCD is looking for a consultant or consultant team for making a movie of the project ““Partnership for equitable Resilience to the impacts of climate change of the Coastal communities in deltas of Vietnam - PRC Project” – MCD46, funded by Australian Government and technical support from Oxfam. Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit a proposal in Vietnamese, which should include: 

-        CVs of the consultant(s)

-        Technical and financial proposals  

Deadline for submission: by 17.00 April 15, 2015.

The successful proposal will be selected on a competitive basis, with considerations on quality of the technical proposal and the cost-effectiveness of the financial proposal. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
