future of dignity through vocational hospitality and culinary training. For

opportunity for an experienced food and beverage manager to work alongside
international professionals to provide management and day-to-day
supervision for our very popular dining enterprises.

*Food and Beverage Manager*


*Job Responsibilities:*



   - Manage 'hands-on' one or more of STREETS multi-site food enterprises
   in Hoi An, (another site opening soon in HCMC)
   - Supervise day-to-day operations according to established quality
   standards
   - Maintain superior guest-focused service while providing an
   understanding and appreciation for the STREETS mission
   - Conduct in-service training using STREETS materials and curriculums
   - Work closely with tour operator partners
   - Prepare daily, weekly and other reports as required, administrative
   duties as assigned

ds  *Qualifications:*


   - College Degree (preference given for International hotel or
   hospitality study experience)
   - Prior full time professional work experience plus at least 2 years
   management in restaurants, hospitality, or related business with same
   employer
   - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
   - Excellent written, spoken and English communication skills required

*Requirements*

   - Live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, *one time
   relocation transport bonus provided*
   - Flexible work schedule, including travel, evening, overtime and
   holiday as needed
   - Vietnamese Citizen preferred
   - 100% Non-smokers only
