UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 International Team Leader and 01 National Team Member for Annual Review 2015 of UN-REDD Vietnam Phase 2.

The annual review has the following main objectives:


  *   Assess Programme performance since the last review (MTR);
  *   Assess the magnitude and sufficiency of the Programme's response to the MTR's recommendations;
  *   Identify  and prioritize measures to  improve  Programme's  performance;
  *   Review and comment on the Programme Extension proposal.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
