The Canadian Embassy is looking for a consultant for the design of Component 2 of it’s Oversight and Policy Engagement Networking (OPEN) Project.

Working as an integrated member of the OPEN project design team, reporting directly to the DFATD Project Team Leader at the Embassy of Canada in Hanoi, and in close collaboration with a Canadian Senior Governance Advisor contracted separately by DFATD, the Consultant will:

 

1.	Advise DFATD on the feasibility of Component 2 of the OPEN project
2.	Advise DFATD on the design of Component 2 of the OPEN project including the key content required for preparation of an RFP and approval document according to DFATD requirements as detailed below
3.	Advise DFATD on the integration of Component 2 into a full project design for OPEN
4.	Advise DFATD on the Government of Vietnam approval process for the resulting initiative

 

Closing Date:                          January 29, 2015

Estimated Contract Value:    VND 650,000,000.00

Duration of the Contract:      11 months

 

Proposals, in three copies must be received by delivery to the Vietnam-Canada Project Support Unit at or before 17:00hrs (local time) on January, 29, 2015 at the following address:  La Thanh hotel, Third Floor – Unit C, 218 Doi Can, Hanoi.
