Dear all,

The Vietnam Skills for Employment project (VSEP) is joint initiative of the Governments of Vietnam and Canada, funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD Canada) to strengthen Vietnam’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector to better serve the Vietnamese growing economy. One of its goals is to strengthen Vietnamese capacity for TVET leadership and management at national and provincial levels through the establishment of two Training Centres for Advanced Management (TCAMs) which will serve as the focal point for the development and transformation of the TVET system based on market-driven, competency-based methodologies.

VSEP requires the services of a consultant (s) or firm to develop a Business Plan that will ensure the development of the TCAMs as a dynamic and self-sustaining educational business. Full details of the application process are available at the following link: http://clic.rbmsystems.net/vsep1.pdf

Deadline for applications: January 27, 2015.
