CRS is looking for consultant for communication and dissemination of ICT pilot results through television channel-IVWD Project with details in the attached TOR

                - Implementation plan with draft script

                - Estimated budget

                - Consultant profile with CVs of all group members

Deadline: by 17.00 AM, 14 June 2015
