UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 International Consultant to formulate a new project on Reduction of lead, heavy metals, UPOP emission and release through sustainable management of waste, recycling and production activities.

The objective of the assignment is to formulate a Project Identification Form (PIF) to reduction of lead, heavy metals, UPOP/Dioxin and PBDE emission and release through sustainable management of solid waste and wastewater, pilot management of recycling and production activities in a river basin for submission to GEF financial support.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
