[opportunities] UNDP VN: National Consultant for Midterm Review - Disaster Risk Management

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 National Consultant to team up with 01 International Consultant for Midterm External Review for the Project: Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Disaster Risk Management in Viet Nam, including for Climate Change Related Risks Phase II (SCDM-II).

The Mid-Term Review (MTR) will assess the progress of the project against stated outputs as outlined in the detailed project outline, as well as identify issues and recommend course corrections. It will also highlight issues and challenges affecting effective and efficient implementation of outputs and their contribution to project outcomes and impact and recommend whether results obtained thus far warrant an extension of the project.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
