The American Red Cross - Viet Nam Delegation is seeking a Livelihoods
Specialist to undertake a comprehensive review of the current and planned
programming through the Delegation and make recommendations on how to
improve and expand livelihoods components either within existing or planned
programs or as part of an overall livelihoods approach. 

 

Please review the Terms of Reference (attached) and send a proposal that
contains a summary plan for the deliverables (no more than 2 pages), an
estimated implementation timeline, consultant daily rate and a cover letter
(no more than 2 pages) that addresses the selection criteria along with a CV
