RED Communication is looking for *Consultants for policy dialogue  *within
the frame of the project *“Media partnership for improved economic
policies"*  funded by Department of Foreign Affairs,Trade and Development
(DFATD) in Canada.

The objectives of these assignments are to analyse policies of social
insurance.

There are four main following themes:

1) Overview of the system of social insurance policy in Vietnam;

2) Policies that attract participation in social insurance of people from
informal sectors;

3) Modernization of social insurance in Vietnam: Competitiveness;
transparency and sustainability of the system;

4) The effectiveness of social insurance in Vietnam.
