UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 National Consultant to provide expertise on Community Based Disaster Risk Management and Gender for the production of a web-based e-learning portal on disaster prevention and control.

The main objective of this assignment is to review existing available training materials and adapt, update and/or enhance them to be used in 4 E-learning courses on 1) CBDRM Materials for Commune Level, 2) Community Based Disaster Vulnerability Assessment 3) Monitoring and Evaluation of progress in CBDRM in the 1002 programme; 4) Mainstreaming Gender into local level Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) activities.
