The Consultative Institute for Socio-Economic Development of Rural and
Mountainous Areas (CISDOMA) is looking for consultant(s) for the European
Commission-sponsored project "Promoting inclusive and relevant early
childhood care and education for ethnic minority and disadvantaged children
in Tam Duong, Lai Chau."



Detailed job description can be found in the TOR attached.



*Deadline for application: 5 p.m, January 25, 2016.*



*Application package includes:*


-  Letter of Interest;


-  Competency Profile (in case of consultancy firm) and/or Curriculum
Vitae(s) of the individual consultant/consultant group;


-  Project proposal, including proposed format/outline for each report
mentioned in the ToR and indication of consulting fee rates; and


-  Description of similar consulting work.
