Anh-Chi-Emprogram (ACE) was established by Entrepreneurs du Monde in 2007 in the DienBien province to offer financial and socio-economic services to farmers frommarginalized ethnic minorities.

 The objective of ACEis to reduce poverty by promoting economic and social development and improvethe living conditions of ethnic minorities living in precarious situations inrural Vietnam by following approaches:

- Foster individual business initiative with the establishment of loans,savings, training and other adapted Financial servicesto address the needs ofthe target population;

- Strengthen the involvement and social responsibility of community actors, andmass organizations in the program;
