Dear Sir/Madam,

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 International Consultant on LED Lighting Product Standards (ILPS).

The objectives of the assignment are to provide technical assistance to the MOST in formulating the new Viet Nam Standards TCVN for LED lighting products (LED-TCVNs) including:


-        Standard of Projecting Long Term Lumen Maintenance of LED Light Sources;

-        Standard of Test Method for LED Lamps, LED Luminaires and LED Modules; and

-        Standard of Energy Performance (EPS).

The final developed standards will be submitted to MOST for approval and issuance.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
