East Meets West is seeking a partner to conduct independent monitoring of mass drug administration (MDA) campaigns in four provinces of the program, which are Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An for the Integrated Deworming, Sanitation and Hygiene Program,

Could you please help post this Request for Proposal on the NGO Network.

The due date for application is 29 March 2016.
