CRS is looking a qualified candidate for a position  of  Disability Program Manager with details in the attached JD

Education and Experience Requirement:


*         Master's Degree in Social Work or in the field of Disability.
*         Minimum of 4 - 5 years of work experience in a project management position with an international NGO, with preferably at least 2-3 years working in the area of Disability.
*         Good experience in project grants management, including project design, preferably for grants from multiple public donors, including USAID.
*         Demonstrated ability to write high quality technical proposals.
*         Experience engaging with partner organizations
*         Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) skills and experience
*         Staff management experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
*         Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
