Oxfam and CCS is currently seeking qualified consultant(s) to conduct a
Documentation and Assessment of Cost and Benefit (CBA) for piloting project
of biomass gasification technology for tea industry in Dinh Hoa, Thai
Nguyen.



The overall target of this work is to analyze, document, summarize and
provide lesson-learnt of the project Piloting biomass gasification
technology in tea production. This will serve as crucial input for Oxfam
and CCS in defining/ altering/ improving strategies in Energy and Climate
change sector, as well as a baseline to construct and develop detailed
project interventions in the upcoming period.
