CALL FOR PROPOSALS

SUPPORTING CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS IN VIETNAM

Reference: EuropeAid/161707/DD/ACT/VN

The Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam is pleased to inform you that a Call for Proposals to award Grants to Civil Society Organisations has been published. The call reference number is 161707.

The deadline for the submission of Concept Notes is 31 January 2019 at 12:00 Brussels time (18:00 Vietnam time)

The concept note, full application and supporting documents must be submitted online via PROSPECT https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/prospect following the instructions given in the PROSPECT user manual.

Please note that all questions and answers as well as other important notices to applicants during the course of the evaluation procedure will be published on the EuropeAid website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/online-services/index.cfm?do=publi.welcome&nbPubliList=15&orderby=upd&orderbyad=Desc&searchtype=RS&aofr=161707 as appropriate. Questions may be sent by e-mail no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of concept notes to the email delegation-vietnam-call-for-proposals at eeas.europa.eu<mailto:delegation-vietnam-call-for-proposals at eeas.europa.eu>, indicating clearly the reference of the call for proposals.
