Gender Equality Advisor

Développement International Desjardins (DID) is a
non-government-organization which belongs to Desjardins Group in Canada. It
was established with a mission to support and promote the cooperative
credit model in the world in general and the People’s Credit Funds (PCFs)
in Vietnam in particular. DID has implemented several projects in Vietnam
since 1993 to assist the People's Credit Fund network in its establishment
and development.

DID in collaboration with the Cooperative Bank of Vietnam is currently
implementing the *ST*r*E*ngthening the *P*eople's Credit Funds network
(STEP) to support and strengthen the People's Credit Fund network in
Vietnam. The five-year project –funded by Global Affairs Canada, operates
in 14 provinces and 75 pilot PCFs across the country.

We are recruiting an experienced full-time *Gender Equality Advisor* to
provide technical assistance and guidance for gender related activities in
the framework of this project. Please find the attached *Job Description *for
more details.

a curriculum vitae (4 pages maximum) and cover letter (1 page) in English
indicating an expected monthly salary (including personal income tax and
