Dear all;

The USAID GIG program, implemented by Chemonics International Inc., is a five-year contract that began in December 2013 and provides technical assistance, training, institutional strengthening, grants, and other direct support to the Government of Vietnam and non-governmental partners. The GIG program is a Government of Vietnam-approved program, working under the Ministry of Justice Project Management Unit through the Prime Minister Decision Number 1947/QD-TTg and the Minister of Justice Decision Number 404/QD-BTP.

The GIG program is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for carry out an impact assessment of the GIG Program’s capacity building activities, with focus on training programs conducted during the period of 2014-2018.
