This is an opportunity for the Executive Director position at VietHope, an
established non-profit organization focused on providing educational
opportunities for Vietnamese youth.

About VietHope:

We are is a U.S. 501(c)3 non­profit organization founded in 2002 with the
mission to improve education for poor but talented youth in Vietnam. Since
our founding, we have been active every year in Vietnam, with a growing
staff of volunteers in the country. Over the last 16 years, we have donated
more than half a million USD and helped over 2,500 students in Vietnam.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Executive Director to lead all of our
operations in Vietnam and to bring our organization to the next level of
growth. This is the perfect role for someone who is excited to work with a
unique non­profit with a stellar reputation and history to transform the
lives of students in Vietnam. A competitive salary, benefits, and career
development opportunity will be offered commensurate with the
qualifications of the candidate.

Qualifications:

2 to ­4 years experience in management position in an NGO or business in
Vietnam; at least 2 years managing direct reports; growth start­up
experience (e.g., leading an organization from 10 to 50 staff) would be
beneficial.
