DDS Vietnam and NEPcon are seeking for a qualified Vietnamese consultant to
develop a guideline for forest small holders in Vietnam to achieve forest
sustainable management certificate (FM/CoC) that can be applied at program
sites in Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and in all other provinces of Vietnam.
