The USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME) Project is a five-year (2018-2023) ODA project in Vietnam funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by IESC, a U.S. organization. The specific objectives of LinkSME are to (i) strengthen the SME-foreign firm business linkage framework; and (ii) enhance Vietnamese SMEs’ capacity to participate in the global value chain in five sectors.

LinkSME now seeks a Tax Specialist with SoW attached. The Tax Specialist will support and guide the USAID LinkSME project in ensuring project compliance to the tax regulations and requirements of the Government of Vietnam, in meeting with the Vietnamese Tax Department and receiving letters of guidance from the Tax Department, and in applying for and receiving a Value Added Tax (VAT) reimbursement from the Government of Vietnam.
