UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 national consultant to provide Scoping study and Technical Brief on innovative finance to directly complement designs of new Government housing programme .
The consultant is responsible for conducting an analysis of opportunities and challenges in incentivizing the development and/or scale up of climate resilient housing finance options, developing a research plan, executing interviews with key stakeholders including at the household level in at least 2 project provinces, and documenting lessons learned and future options for innovation among the public and private sector based on national and international existing good practice.
