Dear all,

The USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME) Project is a five-year (2018-2023) ODA project in Vietnam funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by IESC, a U.S. organization. The specific objectives of LinkSME are to (i) strengthen the SME-foreign firm business linkage framework; and (ii) enhance Vietnamese SMEs’ capacity to participate in the global value chain in five sectors.

LinkSME now seeks a 2 Baseline Assessment Specialists (1 in Hanoi and 1 in HCM) with SoW attached. The Specialists will 1) support the collection of the necessary information to update the sector assessments that were completed at proposal stage; and 2) support a team of international and local consultants who will be completing various portions of the baseline assessment. Period of Performance is in approximately late May – mid July 2019. International baseline team members will be in the field in mid-June. Total LOE: Up to 24 days each.
