Dear Sir/ Madame,

LUX Project at ILO Hanoi Office is seeking for a service company or an organization, herein after called as the 'service provider', to conduct a rapid needs assessment on awareness of female factory workers on social health insurance and maternity protection benefits. Interested service providers should submit their proposals in both English and Vietnamese (in PDF format with signature and stamp) to emails to thao at ilo.org<mailto:thao at ilo.org> with cc to dungd at ilo.org<mailto:dungd at ilo.org> no later than 3 September 2019, with subject email "Application for Rapid Need Assessment". The proposal will include:

  *   Prior experience of the firm in similar or related projects (max 2 pages);
  *   Team composition and CVs of team members;
  *   Approach to the sampling, data collection process and analysis of results based (max 2 pages);
  *   Budget (all-inclusive fee and breakdown)."
