Position Profile AIP Foundation is looking for a 6-month temporary position
as Business Development Coordinator (BDC) which is based in Ho Chi Minh
City to cover for maternal leave staff. As a BDC, you will report directly
to the CEO and support Development staff in identifying, researching new
funding sources as well as proposal development; assist CEO in both
development and operation related daily works, coordinate with different
departments for certain required task(s), etc. The responsibilities listed
below are inclusive, but not exhaustive, of the role.  It is reasonable to
assume that additional tasks will be requested, as and when needed. MAIN
Responsibilities

·         Coordinates internal systems to improve the efficiency of the
Development team; be responsible for updated and accurate information on
database such as Partner Master Lids, Development calendars, master contact
list, development server, and Podio.

·         Provides administrative support to Development team including
coordinating development monthly report to CEO; proposal’s editing and
formatting; development’s action items and timeline check-in ;

·         Manage delivery of daily assignment from CEO to staff on behalf
of the CEO, as required; Ensure CEO’s timely feedback and approvals
internally and externally;

·         Other tasks per requested by CEO, as Line Manager.
Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree required;

·         Advanced English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication
skills;

·         Working experience in NGOs and experience with executive support
is a plus

·         Detail oriented

·         Teamwork oriented

·         Self-disciplined

·          Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite,
organizational work sharing platform, file sharing databases.

·         Experience with operation and administration management
