Dear colleagues,

The ILO Country Office for Vietnam is implementing a technical co-operation project entitled Developing and Implementing a New Industrial Relations Framework (referred to as "NIRF Canada Project") and is seeking highly qualified national consultant to conduct the final project evaluation for this project. Please refer to the TOR <https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bwv9wnkKZtszNUZsTDJxNlhMVURXVUxvbDdHRGZENktaZno4> attached for details.
