The Institute of  Scientific Socialism Studies - Ho Chi Minh National
Academy of politics (NAPA - IS) is looking for 6 trainers for 9 skill
trainings for female members of People's Councils at district level for the
period 2016-2021 at Dak Lak  and Dak Nong provinces, it is under the
project* " Skill
training for female ethnic minority (EM) members of People’s Councils in
Central Highland provinces – Viet Nam”*" of NAPA-IS, funded by Rosa
Luxembourg Stifftung South East Asia
