HELVETAS Vietnam is implementing a project funded by IFAD on Regional training network for scaling up pro-poor value chain programmes in 7 countries. A Regional Value Chain Capacity Building Network (VCB-N) is established, providing professional advisory services and capacity building on Value Chain and Market System Development (VC&MSD) in Asia and Pacific Region (APR). The network is looking for a Coordinator (TOR enclosed).
