The Centre for Rural Economy Development (CRED) is a non-profit organization that works to promote social and economic development for the poor, women and ethnic minority groups, establised in 2014 with the support of HELVETAS Vietnam. Within the frame work of the project “Increased Income and Enhanced Confidence of Ethnic Minority Women through the Development of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) in Bac Ha “, CRED wishs to recruit a project officer based in Hanoi with regularly traveling to Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province.
