The USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (“LinkSME”) Project is a five-year project in Vietnam funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by IESC, a US-based nonprofit organization. The project links Vietnamese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with lead firms (LFs) in order to integrate SMEs into manufacturing supply chains and accelerate domestic SME growth. LinkSME will create systematic changes in business relationships between Vietnamese SMEs and LFs, as well as significant increases in the quantity and/or quality of business linkages between Vietnamese SMEs and LFs.

LinkSME now opens recruitments for 3 positions: (1) GVN Project Coordinator; (2) Senior Policy Advisor, and; (3) Regulatory Reform Advisor with SoWs attached.
