In support to the Ministry of Health to prepare for the revision of the Health Insurance Law, ILO is looking for three (03) national consultants to carry out the impact assessments of three (03) following areas of Health Insurance:

  *   Administrative procedures (ToRs in English<https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bwv9wnkKZtszcXFRQlkzczRwMENJX25fYm1EQ056NDNvWkkw> and Vietnamese<https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bwv9wnkKZtszS09sMHJqemduY0ZQUVdMODlZM05OcWcxc1lB>).
