Helvetas Vietnam is implementing a project funded by IFAD to set up and provide capacity building for the Regional Value Chain Capacity Building Network, which provides professional advisory services and capacity building on Value Chain Market System Development in Asia and Pacific Region. The network is looking for a part-time coordinator to coordinate members from 7 project countries. Please refer to the ToR attached for details.
