WWF-Viet Nam is now inviting interested bidders to submit proposals to
supply a car for CarBi 2 project, with details as below:

   1. *Procuring agency*: WWF-Vietnam
   2. *Name of bid: *Supply a car for CarBi 2 project
   3. *KfW’s procurement number of the procured contract: *Ref 30.20
   4. *Goods to be procured: *one car
   5. *Method** of consultant selection: *National competitive bidding (NCB)
   6. *Bidding procedure: *Single-stage, single envelope
   7. *Evaluation method: *Lowest price evaluation
   8. *Proposal submission deadline: **3 PM*, *7th May 2020*
   9. *Proposal opening time: **4 PM*, *7th May 2020*

The proposal shall be submitted to WWF-Việt Nam no later than *3 PM*, *7th May
2020 *by email to *procurement at wwf.org.vn* <procurement at wwf.org.vn>. The
subject of the email should be clearly marked “*Ref 30.20: Supply a car for
CarBi 2 project.*”

Bids received after the submission deadline will be rejected. As an email
with attachments may take some time to reach our designated mailbox
(mentioned aboved), we advise all bidders to email us your proposal well
before the deadline. Please kindly note that each email submission may not
exceed 25MB in size.

Bidders shall submit original proposals if required by WWF-Viet Nam.
