The Institute of Southeast Asian Studies – Yusof Ishak Institute (ISEAS, Singapore) is undertaking a qualitative study on consumer lending, household debt and default risk in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The Institute would like to procure services for the purpose of conducting qualitative interviews and transcribing interviews from Vietnamese into English.
