Dear all,


DAI invites firms to submit a proposal for work to be funded by USAID under the USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security activity.

Please see attached a Request for Proposal (RFP)<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ph3FEyKHAhxZoMq9Hrg_PBEJ9lDXVeI_/view?usp=sharing> and accompanying Statement of Work (SOW)<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XhYPrl1BotEgGFio_0iFKVw--M6qJBc-/view?usp=sharing> to develop Communication Materials to promote Rooftop Solar (RTS) Demand and Investment in Household and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, RFP VUES-002.

Questions must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), 31 December, 2020 via email to VUESActivityFund at dai.com<mailto:VUESActivityFund at dai.com> with copy to vuanh_pham at dai.com.  Proposals must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), 22 January, 2021 via email to VUESActivityFund at dai.com<mailto:VUESActivityFund at dai.com> with copy to vuanh_pham at dai.com<mailto:vuanh_pham at dai.com>.

Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement. However, we will use responses submitted to assess whether procurement for these technical services is appropriate to meet USAID's needs.
