Advertisement for consultant for development of Viet Nam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) Information System

 

Viet Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) with USAID funding is implementing the project “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies –DIRECT. 

Currently, Vietnam has about 1.4 million Agent Orange (AO) victims, the Government of Vietnam (GVN) has made great effort in supporting Agent Orange victims to improve daily living standard and integrate into the community. In this project, DIRECT has support The Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) in Tay Ninh and Dong Nai provinces to provide rehabilitation services for children are being nurtured at Center supporting for AO victims in Tay Ninh and Dinh Quan district, Dong Nai province. In addition, VNAH will support Viet Nam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA)  as its national office to help it manage VAVA’s members.  Data on AO members from the provinces will be uploaded to server at national VAVA, and transformed into a uniform database that can serve planning, statistical and service delivery needs not only at the national but provincial VAVA. Therefore, VAVA and VNAH is seeking for an IT consultant to support the development of VAVA Information System.
