*EXTENSION OF BID SUBMISSION DATE*



This bid extension notice follows the Invitation for Bids for the Carbon
and Biodiversity Project (CarBi 2) that was published on WWF’s website on
16th April 2020 at the link
https://vietnam.panda.org/en/get_involved/jobs/?uNewsID=362370 and on the
Viet Nam Public Procurement Newspaper No. 71 dated 17th April 2020.

*New extended deadline: **3 PM*, *18th May 2020*

*Proposals opening time: **4 PM, 18th May 2020. *Interested bidders are
welcome to join the bid opening. If the bidders wish to join, please
contact WWF-Viet Nam before 3:30 PM on 18th May 2020 via
*thuy.nguyenthi at wwf.org.vn
<thuy.nguyenthi at wwf.org.vn>* to be provided with the link to access the
online bid opening.

The proposal shall be submitted to WWF-Viet Nam no later than *3 PM*, *18th
May 2020 *by email to *procurement at wwf.org.vn* <procurement at wwf.org.vn>.
The subject of the email should be clearly marked “*Ref 30.20: Supply a car
for CarBi 2 project.*”

Bids received after the submission deadline will be rejected. As an email
with attachments may take some time to reach our designated mailbox
(mentioned above), we advise all bidders to email us your proposal well
before the deadline. Please kindly note that each email submission may not
exceed 25MB in size.

Bidders shall submit original proposals if required by WWF-Viet Nam.
